Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Premium Banking, this role provides administrative assistance to the Premium and Retail Banking Team. Responsibilities include assisting the Premium Banking team in addressing client requests, communicating with internal and external parties, assisting with paperwork for loan modifications, reviewing credit and credit card applications, monitoring Premium Banking credit approvals, and assisting Banking Centres with documentation processes for digitally onboarded customers.

Requirements

High school certificate, GCE or RSA in English & Math or recognised equivalent. Experience with use of PCs, skills in Word and Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of credit policies and procedures with extensive knowledge of Mortgage requirements, documentation, and procedures. Strong oral and written communication is essential. Must be detail-oriented and have strong administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to be assertive and to exercise initiative. Experience in working comfortably within a team environment that may be subject to time restraints.
