The post is accountable for providing a range of executive administrative, secretarial and support services to the Minister of Finance and the Financial Secretary, enabling them to discharge their duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively. The Postholder will serve as a Recording Secretary for various meetings and hearings, and perform any other associated duties required.

Requirements

Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and work effectively under pressure
Self-starter capable of following through on assignments with minimal supervision
Professional and tactful manner with sound judgement
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to conduct research and source information
Proficiency in the King’s English and Microsoft Office Suite
