The Manager, Taxpayer Services and Compliance is responsible for assisting with directing the Agency's operational functions within Tax Operations, Compliance Risk Management and Tax Intelligence, Tax Audit and Compliance and/or the Tax Enforcement and Collections Units. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the corporate tax registration process, enabling adherence to compliance risk management framework, and preparation of business intelligence. They may also be responsible for validation and processing of corporate income tax returns, executing audits, and international tax compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is required. Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CIA, or ACCA preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in tax audit, compliance, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in managing teams. Proven track record of working with tax authorities or regulatory bodies.
