The Office & Financial Operations Manager (OFOM) plays a critical role in upholding the public face and financial health of our organization, ensuring the seamless operation of our office and financial systems. The role is divided between managing the physical office environment and resources; managing the administrative and reception team members; enhancing operational processes; being a senior point of contact for clients; and managing financial aspects including accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance, and client care financing.

Requirements

At least five years directly relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; Advanced Computer Literacy (MS Office, billing software, AI tools); Experience in improving business processes; Knowledge of PIPA legislation; Availability to work across a 7 day a week schedule between 8am and 8pm.
