We are seeking a Director of Client Services who is passionate about branding, design and advertising. Specifically, you must have a proven track record of building and developing successful Client relationships and experience leading and managing an internal team. You have strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of Account Management as well as excellent communication skills, impeccable grammar and a keen attention to detail.

Requirements

10+ years advertising or design agency experience, with a minimum of 3 years at a senior account level; University degree; Significant experience in professional client relationship management; Ability to develop a full communications plan; Understanding of website terminology (sitemaps, wireframes); Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal and other CMS; Experience managing Digital and Traditional Ad Campaigns; Strong independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
