Lead the comprehensive management of large-scale, intricate hospitality projects, encompassing construction, FF&E installation, and operations coordination. Leverage expertise in hotel renovation projects to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and client-approved design parameters. Report directly to the Director of On-site Construction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training; 5+ year experience working on major hospitality projects in resort settings in excess of $250 million; Experienced in Director or Senior Lead Project management position; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, MS Project; Procore Certified; PMP Certified.
