The Assistant Corporate Manager is responsible for supporting the Corporate Manager and will work with a team of corporate administrators to deliver service excellence. You will oversee and deliver superior service to a varied portfolio of companies and partnerships, act as a relationship manager, and serve as Company Secretary providing senior corporate administration services including statutory and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

University degree in a relevant discipline; five years of corporate administration experience including Board experience; Associate or Fellow membership with The Chartered Governance Institute (ACG/FCG); excellent working knowledge of the Companies Act 1981; proven client relationship and portfolio management experience.
