We are seeking an intelligent, motivated lawyer to be based at our global headquarters in Bermuda. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to operating divisions in Bermuda and in our overseas offices. The role requires frequent, direct engagement with senior internal and external stakeholders and business units, with significant input into business matters. The successful candidate will work on complex regulatory matters and corporate issues, along with day-to-day legal operational items.

Requirements

Outstanding academic record and a law degree from a top tier Commonwealth or U.S. university. Minimum ten years of post-call cross border corporate, fund, capital market or finance experience, including at least three years of both transactional experience at a law firm and investment fund and/or capital markets experience in-house. Expertise in contract negotiation, investment fund formation/operation or capital markets processes, and developing company-wide policies.
