Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. is seeking a Broker at the Assistant Vice President or Vice President level for the Property team in our Insurance Brokerage Division. The role involves serving as a senior broker, managing a book of North American and International Fortune 1000 Property Insurance Business, and negotiating coverage terms based on detailed risk analysis. Key duties include developing market relationships, analyzing underwriting data, mentoring junior brokers, and undertaking business travel.
Requirements
University degree in a business-related field. Minimum of 7 (AVP) / 10 (VP) years of recent relevant insurance broking experience within the Property Insurance industry. Strong knowledge of finance/accounting. Proven experience working with North American retail brokers and clients. Experience servicing Fortune 1000 clients. Knowledge of risk and exposure analysis including Catastrophic Modeling, MFL, PML, and Loss Expectancies. High level technical proficiency in insurance policy and contract language. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
