Works under the general direction of the Director of Social Insurance to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Director and other members of the Senior Management team. Ensures the timely processing of vendor payments and utilities, processing of journal entries, maintaining accounts payable, assisting in budget preparation, and maintaining staff personnel records. Provides administrative support as assigned by the Director of Social Insurance. Liaises with building supervisors to ensure maintenance and requirement needs of the office space are met.

Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years' experience in senior administrative duties, including budgeting and accounting work in a computerized office environment. Must possess an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or five (5) years relevant experience in lieu of the educational requirements.
