A master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field; A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in strategic communications, public affairs, advocacy or marketing, including at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing teams, strategic programmes and senior stakeholders; Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the insurance supervisory sector and framework with a financial regulatory body; Strong writing and editing skills; Hands-on experience in all aspects of in-house production and design principles; Demonstrated senior leadership experience; Experience in advocacy in the regulatory landscape; Experience in planning and execution of events; Acute sense of judgement, tact and diplomatic abilities; Experience in managing, responding and interfacing with media queries; Demonstrated experience in brand management.
