The position is accountable for developing intelligence and analysis processes within the Bermuda Police Service (BPS), managing a team of Intelligence Analysts to produce high-quality intelligence outputs. Responsibilities include overseeing the National Intelligence Model (NIM) compliance, assisting with risk assessments, and supporting senior management decisions. The role requires exceptional communication skills, creative thinking, analytical capabilities, and advanced knowledge of intelligence operations and technologies.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in intelligence analysis within a law enforcement context, with two years in a management role. A Bachelor's Degree in Scientific Research, Psychological or Statistical Discipline, or equivalent qualification. Accreditation as a tactical and strategic analyst, courtroom skills, and Analyst Notebook user is required.

$123503.37 per year
