We are seeking an organised, financially minded Operations & Finance Manager to oversee our financial reporting, forecasting, systems, and day-to-day office operations. Working directly with the President and alongside our General Manager and in-house bookkeeper, you will help ensure our finances are accurate, our systems run efficiently, and our business continues to grow. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial controls, preparing annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monthly reports. You will also review invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and manage day-to-day office operations, records, and client billing enquiries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, audit, or finance. Practical experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software. Strong organisational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Desirable: CPA qualification, budgeting and forecasting experience, familiarity with QuickBooks and Jobber.
