Our client, Creative Care Bermuda Ltd., is hiring an experienced, compassionate Chartered Nursing Associate (CNA) to support clients with progressive dementia, cognitive impairment, and age-related care needs. Candidates will be willing to engage in ADL support, vitals monitoring, fall prevention/mobility support, meal prep, and community access — helping clients live with dignity and independence. Familiarity with local support networks (e.g. Dementia Bermuda) is essential. Professional development opportunities available.

Requirements

3+ years' similar experience, incl. hospital-based patient monitoring, medication administration, and care planning. Bermuda Health Council registration. Minimum Chartered Nursing Associate (CNA) designation. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license + reliable transport. Strong communication skills, advanced English language skills, and a genuine passion for care.
