Our client, Creative Care Bermuda Ltd., is a newly established home care agency with a focus on elder care and progressive dementia support. They're seeking a Bermuda-registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight on a contracted, fee-for-service basis. This is not an employed position, it is a consulting arrangement suited to a semi-retired RN, or an RN currently working part-time elsewhere, who is looking for flexible, low-hours clinical work. As Clinical Oversight Consultant, you will fulfill the clinical oversight function required for Creative Care Bermuda's licensing with the Bermuda Health Council. Responsibilities are periodic rather than day-to-day, and the arrangement is designed to work around your existing schedule. Responsibilities include assessing new clients, reviewing and signing off on client care plans, providing clinical guidance to caregiving staff, and ensuring practices align with Bermuda Health Council standards.

Requirements

Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing and Midwifery Council (RN). Experience in community, home care, or long-term care nursing preferred. Experience with elder care and progressive dementia strongly preferred. Existing connection with Dementia Bermuda a strong plus. Comfortable working independently on a consulting basis. Based in Bermuda.
