The Custodian works under the supervision of the school Principal and is responsible for providing complete cleaning services by establishing and maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment for students, staff and members of the public and carrying out the duties in an efficient and professional manner. The Custodian also provides support for the use of the school facility by both school and community events.

Requirements

Must have successfully completed secondary education. Basic reading skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar role (hospital; hotel or cleaning company) is required. Good interpersonal skills and an ability to follow oral and written instructions. Physically fit to carry out job requirements and lift in excess of 50lbs.
