The candidate will work directly under the head chef, assisting with food prep, caterings and line work on a daily basis. They will have a strong knowledge on food and menus and be able to assist in all aspects of the kitchen when needed. Must be prepared to work late nights, holidays, weekends and split shifts. Must be a multitasker, take direction well and be able to remain professional at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in a busy kitchen environment. Possession of city and guilds 706 part 1 & 12 or equivalent.
