To carry out with supervision any task associated with the servicing, maintenance and installation of electrical equipment and work in connection with industrial, commercial and domestic premises to the manufacturer's and the electrical section's specifications and time schedules.

Requirements

Must have completed an appropriate apprenticeship in Electrical including the Bermuda College certificate in Electrical Installation or equivalent. Must have achieved the relevant National Training Board Certification for Electrical. A minimum of one (1) years experience as a Junior Mechanic -Electrical or have otherwise acquired thorough practical experience, training appropriate to the duties and responsibilities of the post. Understand the requirements pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Act. A working knowledge of electrical codes and specifications.
