BHS is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Head/Deputy Head of School and the Board of Trustees. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of leadership functions, governance processes, and communication across the school community. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, drafting correspondence, supporting board meetings, and handling confidential information.

Requirements

Associate's Degree accepted, Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive support or senior administrative role. High proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and digital collaboration tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Applicants must undergo background checks and provide a current Police Certificate.
