Moniz Enterprises Ltd is seeking experienced Commercial Cleaners to provide cleaning services for commercial properties, residential homes, Airbnb accommodations, and specialty cleaning projects. Responsibilities include general and deep cleaning, floor stripping, waxing, buffing and maintenance, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and the safe operation of cleaning equipment. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and deliver excellent customer service. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Requirements
Applicants should have at least 5 years of commercial cleaning experience, including floor care, pressure washing, and use of specialized cleaning equipment. Candidates must be physically fit, dependable, and able to work independently. A police background check is required, and applicants must be willing to work in a drug-free workplace.
