We are seeking a professional and guest-focused In Room Dining & Reservations Administrator to support our Food & Beverage team by managing in-room dining orders, restaurant reservations, and administrative functions while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities include processing orders, delivering guest service, supporting minibar inventory, and maintaining records using Micros POS systems.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in food & beverage service, administration, or a similar customer service role. Good understanding of food & beverage operations. Experience with Micros POS and restaurant reservation platforms. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
