The post holder works under the direction of the Director of the Economic Development and in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures to provide accurate and professional administrative, secretarial and clerical services to the Director in a timely manner. Responsibilities include receiving visitors, answering phone calls, maintaining records, and making decisions related to office management and document layout.

Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years’ experience undertaking administrative, secretarial and accounting duties including budget preparation. Must have completed an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or hold a Bermuda School Diploma (BSD) with five (5) years of relevant experience.

Salary

$79221.91 per year
