Responsible for the production, placement, and management of affinity and specialty reinsurance programs across international markets. The role focuses on developing and expanding delegated and binding authority business, building insurer and reinsurer relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering innovative risk transfer solutions for clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

Extensive London Market and international reinsurance broking experience. Proven ability to develop and manage profitable books of business. Strong relationships across Lloyd's, company markets, MGAs, insurers, and reinsurers. Experience handling multinational affinity and delegated authority programs. Demonstrated leadership within industry bodies and market associations. Strong commercial negotiation and client relationship management skills.
