MetLife Global Bermuda Limited is seeking an experienced AVP, Senior Pricing Actuary to fulfill a Bermuda-based key leadership role. Key responsibilities include leading pricing and actuarial analysis for reinsurance transactions, evaluating treaty structures, partnering with business leaders for strategic analysis, overseeing actuarial models for financial modeling and governance, collaborating across cross-functional leadership teams, and providing talent development through coaching and mentorship of junior staff.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent international actuarial designation; Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative discipline; 10+ years of actuarial experience with expertise in pricing, valuation, risk management, or financial modeling; Significant experience supporting life, annuity or health (re)insurance business; Strong understanding of actuarial techniques, economic valuation principles, and financial reporting.
