The post holder is responsible for providing the accurate and timely administrative and secretarial support to the Postmaster General, in accordance with the departmental policies and procedures in an efficient and effective manner. The post holder also provides confidential human resource administrative duties and any other associated duties that contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Bermuda Post Office.

Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience at a senior administrative or executive assistant/secretary level. The post holder must possess an associate's degree in business administration or related discipline. Flexibility and adaptability to work beyond normal working hours to meet the demands of the varied departmental responsibilities, and needs are essential.

Salary

$76407 per year
