Our client, Hamilton Medical Centre Ltd., is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy medical laboratory and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for specimen collection, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting the efficient operation of the laboratory. Key Responsibilities: Collect blood samples and other medical specimens from patients both in-clinic and off-site; Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment at all times; Monitor and maintain phlebotomy inventory and supplies; Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for testing; Provide a professional and compassionate experience for patients; Assist with front office and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience. Qualified to perform venipuncture and blood collection in accordance with Bermuda regulatory requirements. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and service. Strong knowledge of safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and patient safety. Flexibility to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and other hours as required.
