The Medical-Surgical Services Administration (RN) Float will provide relief staffing resources to our care teams on our Acute Care inpatient units and outpatient areas as required. Key responsibilities include: giving direct patient care, performing independently, utilizing the nursing process to develop care plans, acting as a patient advocate, and utilizing hospital resources efficiently. BHB ensures the highest in quality health care through service excellence, education and leadership. We seek qualified, highly motivated, and experienced professionals to work in a supportive but demanding environment. Pre-employment substance abuse screening is mandatory for all successful candidates.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution. Current registration as required by the Bermuda Nursing Council. Minimum of Two (2) years experience as a Registered Nurse. Current certifications: BCLS. Demonstrated clinical knowledge and competencies. Flexible, patient-centered and committed.
