Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the store and helps ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service. The Assistant Manager acts as a key support to the Brand Manager, stepping in when needed to maintain operational excellence and contribute to achieving business goals. Key responsibilities include training new employees, preparing schedules, reporting, maintaining customer service standards, opening/closing the storefront, inventory audits, and cash handling.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required. One (1) years' experience as a retail Assistant Manager or a similar role in sales is preferred. Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and point-of-sales systems is preferred. Confident in leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills. Friendly and positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communication and time management skills.
