LOM Financial Group is seeking an experienced senior financial-services professional for our Bermuda office. This broad, hands-on role combines operational leadership, financial markets expertise and practical risk management. The role will provide direct support for the Managing Director, progressive responsibility for key business activities and management succession, and leadership of the Group's risk function. Key responsibilities include assisting the Managing Director with investment operations, trading, credit, treasury and client money management; developing and maintaining the Group's risk framework; supporting the Risk Committee; assuming oversight of global tax reporting; and helping prepare the business for tokenization and blockchain-based trading.

Requirements

At least eight years of senior management experience in brokerage, investment management, wealth management or comparable regulated financial-services environment.
CFA charterholder.
Broad practical experience across international financial markets and operations, including trading, treasury, credit, together with experience implementing risk and control frameworks.
Practical experience with blockchain-based digital asset trading and custody, together with an understanding of tokenization and its application to securities markets.
Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and leadership skills.
Experience working with regulators and across multiple jurisdictions is highly desirable.
