The Business Intelligence Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and ongoing management of a data analytics platform within our Hospital, built on a cloud-based data lake. This is a highly technical and strategic role, requiring a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to drive the successful adoption and utilisation of the data analytics platform. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Digital Health, data architects, and cloud engineers; developing and optimising data models; enforcing data governance; and providing training to end-users.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics or Health Informatics or equivalent experience and education. Business Intelligence or Analytics training or certification preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience working with healthcare data (EHR, patient management systems). Proficiency in ETL processes and data warehousing tools. Experience with cloud-based data lake platforms.
