The post holder provides critical administrative, clerical, receptionist, and cashier duties to support daily operations for Child Health Services and assigned clinics. Responsibilities include managing appointments, handling confidential information, greeting patients, and ensuring smooth operation of the front office.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in an administrative, customer service, clinical, or medical office setting. Medical Administrative Assistant certificate or equivalent required. Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and language skills in Portuguese and/or Spanish would be assets.

$71282.17 per year
