Reporting to the Directors, the Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for the delivery of service for a portfolio of international insurance and reinsurance companies. Core responsibilities include management of an assigned portfolio of clients, training and motivation of team members, responsibility for client communications and reporting, management of service provider relationships (auditors, actuaries, investment managers), and participation at client meetings.

Requirements

Must have an internationally recognized professional accounting designation, such as CA, ACCA, ACA or CPA; Minimum thirteen years' relevant experience in insurance management / financial services; Excellent knowledge of insurance and investment accounting; Comprehensive knowledge of Bermuda regulatory matters; Experience in preparing meeting materials and presentation to client Boards of Directors and executive committees; Experience training and review of team members and managing a team to meet deadlines.
