The Gibbons Group of Companies is seeking a Corporate Secretary/Paralegal whose role is to work closely with the Legal Counsel/ Corporate Secretary of the Group, the Executive Chairman of Harbour International Trust Company Limited, and others to support the Group and clients. Key responsibilities include managerial tasks like assisting the Legal Counsel and Executive Chairman, ensuring group and client files are maintained, and liaising with group heads in governance. Compliance duties involve overseeing corporate governance adherence, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and maintaining statutory records. General Administration includes managing a portfolio of companies, preparing corporate documentation, and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years' corporate administration experience exhibiting high governance knowledge and practicality, supervisory ability and leadership qualities. Broad understanding of a wide range of fiduciary products. In-depth knowledge of corporate administration, corporate governance, and paralegal duties, including for regulated entities. Proven ability to lead and be part of a team. Highly developed written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of CRS/FATCA/Economic Substance/Overseas Entities registration (UK) regulations, Cayman Islands or BVI company law, and Fund Administration and Insurance Entity Management would be an asset.
