Fusion Grill requires a Baker/ Pastry Chef and a Chef de Partie. The Baker/ Pastry Chef must have at least 5 years of experience in producing fine quality breads, rolls, croissants, cakes and pastries. Must be able to demonstrate talent and creativity and produce multiple items daily. A culinary certificate or equivalent is required. The Chef de Partie must have at least 2 years of experience as a chef, be willing to work hard in a very busy kitchen, possess a good track record, and be able to work without supervision.

Requirements

For Baker/ Pastry Chef: 5+ years experience, production of fine quality breads/pastries, culinary certificate. For Chef de Partie: 2+ years experience as a chef, ability to work without supervision.
