Wok Express Take-Out Restaurant requires Sushi Chefs and a Sous Chef. Sushi Chefs must have at least 3 years experience in Asian Food and be prepared to work weekends and public holidays. Sous Chef requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar position with experience in Asian foods; the role includes assuming responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Sushi Chef: At least 3 years experience in Asian Food. Sous Chef: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position and experience in Asian foods. Must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays.
