This specialist role based in our Bermuda headquarters supports the enhancement, internal control, and effectiveness of global crew-related processes through rigorous analysis, internal audit preparation, compliance monitoring, and systems automation initiatives. Key responsibilities include process improvement & documentation, compliance & audit controls (including Sarbanes-Oxley standards), operational support for payroll and deployment activities, and managing business testing for systems & automation.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of international company professional experience in corporate compliance, internal audit, systems testing, payroll operations, or crew administration. Proven background in a multi-jurisdictional environment, preferably within the maritime, logistics or highly regulated corporate sector. Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Direct experience with Power BI or similar data engineering/reporting tools. Superb cross-functional communication skills.
