Demco Florist is seeking an experienced, creatively driven and commercially minded Head Florist to take end to end responsibility for the management, creative direction and performance of our floral studio. This is a senior, hands on leadership position requiring a minimum of 10 years' professional floristry management experience, exceptional technical ability and proven experience leading a floral studio. Key responsibilities include management of the floral studio, leading and mentoring the team, overseeing daily florals and events, and maintaining commercial awareness across costing and pricing.

Requirements

10+ years of professional floristry management experience, a strong floral portfolio, advanced floral knowledge, significant wedding and event experience and proven leadership skills. Strong organizational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to balance creativity with operational performance are essential.
