This specialist role based in our Bermuda headquarters is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of crew administration, crew compensation, and deployment activities across our global fleet. Key responsibilities include managing international crew member records, facilitating compensation processes across multiple jurisdictions, acting as an operational link between recruiting teams and shipboard operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and audit activities.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within an international company, preferably in crew administration, deployment, compensation administration, or global payroll operations. Proven experience working in a maritime, commercial shipping, hospitality, or other operationally complex international environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Demonstrated experience utilizing Power BI or similar corporate data visualization tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills. Candidates must be Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians, or Permanent Resident's Certificate holders.
