The Global Production Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and successful execution of commercial photography, film and creative productions for INTO Bermuda Ltd.’s international and domestic client portfolio. This role oversees all phases of production, from initial planning and budgeting through final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget. The position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong client relationship management and the ability to coordinate productions across multiple international markets. While supporting some Bermuda-based assignments, the primary focus of this role is the management of international productions within the luxury hospitality, tourism, lifestyle and corporate sectors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Business, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum seven years’ experience managing commercial productions. Demonstrated experience coordinating international productions involving multiple stakeholders. Strong budgeting and financial management experience. Excellent organisational, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within demanding deadlines. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally on short notice. Proficiency with industry standard production management and project management software.
