The BIOS Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of BIOS, the Facilities Team and for organizing the delivery of services for the property. This position requires the individual to respond to emergencies and perform service calls & repairs alongside the Facilities Team. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily maintenance, managing equipment, assigning service calls, coordinating contractors, and emergency response management.

Requirements

Ten (10) years of related experience in facilities management, including three (3) years of supervisory experience OR related education.
Proficiency in email, written, verbal and digital communications.
Experience with budget management and spreadsheet-based tools.
Must have a current clean light and intermediate truck driver's license.
