We believe we are ‘In good company. with everyone we interact with. What you will do: Ensure management information and financial reporting is complete, accurate, and timely. Assist with the monthly/quarterly close procedures and support strategic direction by working with the senior management team and underwriters to provide financial analysis. Work across teams to project manage and drive systems implementations, upgrades and automation initiatives with a focus on the integrity of the financial data, processes, and control. Maintain accounting policies and assess procedures to ensure financial statements and underwriting related transactions are prepared in accordance with US GAAP. Support the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, as required. Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Assist with the preparation/ completion of Bermuda regulatory filings. Prepare technical accounting memos in accordance with US GAAP. Implement and maintain accounting policies and assess procedures to ensure financial statements and underwriting related transactions are prepared in accordance with US GAAP. Maintain our robust internal control environment and ensure appropriate SOX 404 processes exist and are consistently followed in the execution of operational processes. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and drive the execution of team deliverables. Liaise with internal and external auditors. Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects as required by management.
