Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in substantial civil and commercial litigation matters with a strong focus on managing complex high value property litigation and related disputes including but not limited to landlord and tenant disputes, repossessions, boundary issues, construction disputes and litigation related to property development. A proven record as an effective advocate in high level contentious litigation and the proven ability to take carriage of a matter from start to finish. Previous experience in advising, mentoring and training junior associates and pupils. Excellent marketing skills and proven ability to develop new business and their own caseload and contributions to legal articles and publications will be considered as an additional asset. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, advocacy, drafting and research skills paired with proven client relationship, communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and acommitment to excellence. Possess a collegial and team-orientated approach to the practice of law.
