Our client is a Bermudian company that serves our automotive industry. We are currently looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to apply for their Operations Coordinator opening. The position requires an organized and proactive mindset in being able to balance concurrent priorities. The successful candidate must be a solutions-focused team player, who can also demonstrate maturity and a high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism when interacting with clients. Key Responsibilities include overseeing daily operational scheduling in coordinating work order appointments, being the primary point of contact between company, vendors, and clients, collaborating with operations supervisor, coordinating logistics for dealership and fleet deliveries, identifying bottlenecks, producing invoices and other operational documentation, maintaining records and data reports, and liaising with operations supervisor.

Requirements

qualifications are beneficial but not required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations coordination; automotive industry is advantageous. Strong organizational and coordination skills for efficient scheduling and workflow management. Proven experience managing high volume call lists and work order schedules. The ability to work under strict deadlines and balance concurrent priorities is essential. Must possess a valid Bermuda driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.·
