Additional Main Duties: Support strategic planning and growth of the Private Client business alongside senior leadership. Contribute to building and developing a high performing team, including coaching and succession planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and key stakeholders. Identify and drive business development opportunities, including cross selling and service expansion. Leverage market insights and data to support growth and enhance service offerings. Represent the business professionally to strengthen brand presence in the market. Ensure efficient operations, including billing, cash collection, and collaboration across teams. Support the ongoing improvement and implementation of policies and procedures. Deliver a high standard of client service, fostering long term relationships and trust. Additional Skills and Traits: Qualified Solicitor, Accountant, STEP or similar professional qualification with minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the trust industry at management level. An enhanced level of technical knowledge to include more complex areas of trust and corporate products, investments, accounting and tax law, legislation and regulation. Thorough understanding of AML and CFT laws and regulations, as well as the fiduciary and investor protection legal frameworks. Strong experience in corporate governance with the ability to engage at the board level. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, instilling trust and confidence while delivering high quality service.

Reporting to the Head of Private Client Bermuda, this role will take responsibility for the management and development of a portfolio of clients and structures in Private Client Service Line. It will also work with the management team to develop and implement strategies for growth.
