Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional qualification such as CTP, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, insurance, banking, or audit.
• Insurance or reinsurance experience is highly desirable.We welcome candidates from:
• Treasury backgrounds (e.g., liquidity and cash management), or
• Audit professionals (e.g., Big 4) with insurance/reinsurance experience looking to transition into a treasury-focused role.
• Exposure to onboarding reinsurance transactions, structured finance, or capital markets is a plus.
• Experience with treasury operations and bank platforms.
• Experience designing, documenting, or operating within a strong controls environment.
• Strong Excel skills required; experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, VBA, Python, or similar) strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies:
