Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree and or professional insurance designation preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive Casualty industry experience including significant experience across multiple Excess Casualty lines and complex risk placements. Demonstrated depth of experience within the Casualty market with long standing senior level relationships across the U.S. and international Casualty brokerage community. Strong working knowledge of underwriting placement strategy negotiation dynamics, and stakeholder management within retail and wholesale brokerage environments. Well developed understanding of the insurance industry including legal compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to global and U.S. Casualty business. High level of digital competency and technical proficiency with the ability to leverage data analytics and technology to enhance underwriting and broker engagement outcomes.
