Works under the general direction of the Registrar/Taxing Master of the Courts, accountable for managing the Administration Office of the Magistrates' Court to ensure smooth operation, managing financial and human resources, and administering data collection and records management programs. The Manager has significant decision-making authority and supervises staff while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years' post-qualification experience in a supervisory capacity in a legal environment or similar discipline; Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration; Certification in Court Performance Standards, Certification in Court Management from relevant associations, or equivalent certification.
