The Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art is seeking an experienced and dynamic Development, Donor Relations and Volunteer Manager to help manage and grow the museum's private support network. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position ensures that donors, members, and volunteers experience high-quality interactions with the museum, fostering long-term engagement and support. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of gift and donor data processing and will assist the Executive Director in donor identification and stewardship, ensuring high quality oversight of all aspects of the acquisition, cultivation, and solicitation of donors, general membership, and volunteers.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, development, or advancement work, preferably within the arts or non-profit sector. Strong database management and data integrity skills, with experience maintaining accurate donor, membership, and volunteer records using Bloomerang or similar CRM systems. Demonstrated success in cultivating donor relationships. Confidence and professionalism in donor solicitation. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. Non-profit experience required; arts background preferred. Availability for occasional evenings and weekends required.
