Bermuda Land Management Corporation is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, reporting directly to the Assistant Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, & able to manage multiple maintenance requests efficiently, with strong attention to detail & flexibility to respond to urgent after-hours issues as required. Duties include managing full maintenance workflow, answering maintenance calls, portal management, and creating repair lists for tenants.

Requirements

Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Strong attention to detail & understanding workflow management; Ability to work on own initiative and maintain strict confidentiality; Must be able to work under pressure to ensure that regular deadlines are met; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize & manage multiple assignments efficiently; A minimum of a Bermuda Secondary School Certificate together with certification in Facilities Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
