The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily station operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient business operations. This role requires the ability to independently manage the station, including opening and preparing the premises for business and covering managerial absences as required.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment preferred; Strong organizational and leadership skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
